About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic global HR Business Partner to support Security leaders across Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market and provide HR leadership for Rubrik’s Israel site.  

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering functionally and regionally dedicated HR Business Partner support for our Security line of business through strategic talent planning, org design and change management.  You will have the opportunity to partner with leaders and broader people team to align people and business priorities, establish people plan, advance organizational objectives through the design and deployment of global people initiatives, and deliver solutions to achieve business objectives and drive meaningful outcomes.  

In this role, you will be an integral leadership member of the Israel R&D site and instrumental in creating a cohesive, innovative, high-performance culture and driving employee engagement.  

The ideal candidate will have the ability to operate at different altitudes, going from strategy to execution and can influence through expertise and collaborate effectively across stakeholders to advance organizational objectives.  The ideal candidate will also have breadth and depth across organization design, talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, change management and M&A.  

What You’ll Do -

Key Responsibilities:

  • Israel Site Leadership: Serve as the Senior HR Leader for Israel and partner closely with business leaders to drive alignment of local site strategy to advance and support Rubrik’s mission and global objectives.  Create strong culture, engagement and employee experience to enable attraction, development and retention of world-class security talent. 
  • People Strategy & Plan: Partner with HRBPs across the globe and functions to build and bring a unified people strategy to the business. Implement people strategy to enable business outcomes.
  • Organizational Design: Partner with business leaders to evolve and inform organization design aligned with business strategies. Drive org design and change orchestration to increase organizational effectiveness, efficiency, accountability and accelerate business priorities.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation COEs to develop and implement coordinated talent strategy to attract, develop and retain world-class cybersecurity talent. Influence leadership talent decisions and the design and implementation of strategic talent management solutions to build capabilities to support current and future business needs.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement interventions to assess leadership capabilities, elevate leadership effectiveness and performance.
  • Culture: Build high-performing culture and enhance employee engagement at Israel site.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Leverage HR metrics and analytics to measure, monitor and analyze org health and trends. Translate insights into action and lead implementation of solutions.  Build and provide meaningful data-driven recommendations to inform leadership decisions.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts and direct the implementation and adoption of organizational structure, leadership, culture and program change.  Identify need for change, define change management strategy, engage stakeholders, develop and implement change enablement plan.
  • Program Design & Execution: Design, lead, scale and implement global HR programs in partnership with the broader people team to deliver effective solutions that provide unified employee experience and meet short- and long term business needs.  Partner with CoEs to bring to bear the full breadth of HR capabilities to clients.

  • Experience helping global organizations scale, drive enhanced effectiveness, consistency and scalability of HR solutions.

  • M&A experience across the full breadth of acquisition and integration.
  • Knowledge of Israeli employment laws, HR compliance regulations and industry best practices. 

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience OR Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience 
  • 3+ years of directly applicable HR business partner experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration, Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. 
  • 5+ years of directly applicable HR business partner experience

In consideration of any disclosure of certain nonpublic or confidential information, you hereby enter into this Nondisclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) and agree as follows:

  1. Confidential Information. In connection with a potential business relationship or other business purposes, Rubrik, Inc. (the “Company”) has granted you (the individual or entity named below) access, or may grant you access, to business, technical or other nonpublic information, materials and/or ideas (“Confidential Information,” which term shall include, without limitation, anything you learn or discover as a result of exposure to or analysis of any Confidential Information).
  2. Obligations. You will hold in confidence and will not possess or use (except as required to evaluate the proposed business relationship) or disclose any Confidential Information except information you can document which (i) is in the public domain through no fault of yours, (ii) was properly known to you, without restriction, prior to disclosure by Company or (iii) was properly disclosed to you by another person without restriction.   6. Disclaimer. Confidential Information is provided to you “as is” and the Company makes no warranties with respect to the Confidential Information or any materials provided by the Company.  In no event will the Company be liable for the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information.  You understand that nothing herein (i) requires the disclosure of any Confidential Information of the Company or (ii) requires the Company to proceed with any transaction or relationship.  You understand that this Agreement does not obligate the Company to disclose any information or negotiate or enter into any agreement or relationship.
  7. Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
